They manage data, guide users, and promote membership drives. This role offers practical work experience and regular income. ADOs are the field-level force of NCS. They conduct door-to-door outreach, help families register for membership, and guide them in using NCS services. ADOs also assist in organizing camps, data collection, and local partnerships. TDOs manage field executives and ADOs in one taluk. They monitor performance, conduct training, and ensure smooth service delivery. DDOs oversee NCS activities at the district level, coordinate with multiple taluks, manage reporting, and ensure quality implementation.
