This Transactions & Financial Policy outlines the terms governing all monetary dealings between National Civil Society (NCS) and its applicants, members, or stakeholders. It ensures transparency, accountability, and legal compliance for all payments made through the NCS digital platform. By proceeding with any transaction on this website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.
Membership payments are non-refundable under any condition. Once paid, the fee will not be reversed, returned, or credited regardless of form errors, service usage, or personal decision.
A uniform membership fee of ₹1800 is applicable per applicant. No variations, discounts, or income-based alterations apply. The fee includes all operational and administrative expenses.
Members must use approved payment modes; UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking; on secured platforms. Any offline or third-party payment attempts shall be deemed invalid and unsupported
By submitting payment, the applicant gives full, irrevocable consent to debit the specified amount from their chosen payment method in accordance with NCS terms.
On successful form completion and payment, a digital membership certificate is auto-generated and immediately downloadable. No delays or third-party approval processes are involved
All transactions are digitally logged and time-stamped for verification. These records assist in dispute resolution, reporting, and audit compliance.
An electronic receipt and confirmation are sent via SMS and email. This serves as official proof of payment and should be saved by the applicant.
NCS bears no responsibility for technical payment failures caused by connectivity issues, bank server errors, or gateway interruptions beyond its direct control.
Users are responsible for accuracy while entering form details. Incorrect information will not qualify for fee refund or application reset.
Memberships are non-transferable and assigned per individual identity. Changing user name or nominee post-approval is not permitted.
Each applicant may hold only one valid membership at a time. Multiple entries using the same identity will be automatically rejected or merged.
Currently, membership is GST-exempt. If GST becomes applicable, the rate and invoice structure will be updated on the official website.
The full membership amount must be paid in one transaction. Installment-based, post-dated, or deferred payments are not accepted.
NCS does not send printed certificates. All documents are delivered digitally and can be downloaded directly by members.
Any attempt to misuse payment channels, impersonate identity, or falsify documentation may lead to termination of membership and legal prosecution.
Transaction disputes must be reported within seven (7) working days of payment via email, quoting membership ID and payment reference number.
All legal disputes relating to transactions shall be governed by Indian law and resolved exclusively in competent courts within New Delhi jurisdiction.
NCS is not liable for transaction delays or interruptions caused by events like natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, or national emergencies.
Users agree to indemnify NCS against all claims arising from their misuse, negligence, or misrepresentation in payment or data submission processes.
NCS does not offer promotional discounts, referral bonuses, or cashback schemes for membership applications.
Submitting payment constitutes unconditional acceptance of NCS’s financial policies. The user waives all claims regarding fee dispute or reversals.
Digital submission of form and payment is treated as consent and signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By paying, members agree to allow their data to be used for internal reporting, membership verification, and legal compliance, without external sharing.
Each membership is valid for 12 months. Renewals must be completed after expiry to retain continued access to benefits.
NCS reserves the right to modify or revise its payment and refund terms at any time, with public notice on its website. By submitting your membership application and remitting the fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms laid out in this Transactions & Financial Policy. These provisions are designed to ensure clarity, protect your rights, and maintain the operational integrity of the National Civil Society network.
